Madonna, 66, celebrated both Christmas and Hanukkah on Wednesday with her 28 year-old boyfriend Akeem Morris. Joining them were Madonna’s four children: Lourdes Leon, 28, Chifundo “Mercy” James, 18, and 12-year-old twins Stella and Estere.
It should be noted that Lourdes is just six months younger than Morris is, as they were both born in 1996.
Madonna Celebrates Christmas And Hanukkah
Madonna took to Instagram to share a slideshow clip of family photos and her Christmas decorations. The slideshow was set to Andy Williams’ Christmas classic “It’s The Most Wonderful Time of the Year.”
“The most wonderful day of the year ………..X-mas and Hanukkah all at once. 🎄🕎 🎁 ♥️!!,” Madonna wrote in the caption.

This comes weeks after Madonna revealed in another Instagram post that she’s working on new music.
“Working on new music with Stuart Price,” Madonna wrote on December 16. “these past few months has been medicine for my SOUL. Songwriting and making music is the one area where I don’t need to ask anyone for their permission.. i’m so excited to share it with you. Who wants to hear new music in 2025! 🎄🎹🤶🏻”

Morris’ History
Morris was born in Jamaica on May 2, 1996. He later moved to New York City. Morris attended Stony Brook University between 2014 and 2018, earning his bachelor’s degree in political science and government. During his time in college, he played on the school’s D1 soccer team. Morris later was briefly on Oyster Bay United FC as a forward.
Madonna worked with Morris when she was Paper Magazine’s cover star in August of 2022. The story was titled “Madonna Is the Wildest Party Favor,” and it featured a photoshoot of a “wild” night out that Madonna had in New York City. At the time, Madonna was 64 years-old.
Shot at Sugar Hill Supper Club in Brooklyn, it featured Madonna partying with hot new young artists on the scene. Morris was one of those artists. It seems that Morris and Madonna have been dating since around that time.
Morris’ ex-girlfriend Reagan Rice spoke out on September to say that Morris comes from “very humble” beginnings in Jamaica. That’s why she’s happy to see him seemingly having so much fun with Madonna.
“Obviously, now he’s going to Portofino, Italy, living in an estate, doing all these things dressed head-to-toe in designer, which is great for him,” Rice told People Magazine. “Incredible. So cool for him.”

Madonna’s Marriage History
Madonna has been married and divorced twice. She was first married to the Hollywood star Sean Penn from 1985 until they divorced in 1989. Madonna went on to marry the Hollywood director Guy Ritchie in 2000, staying with him until they divorced in 2008.
The “Like A Virgin” singer isn’t a fan of either marriage these days. When asked what her biggest regret is in 2022, she replied, “Getting married. Both times.”
Madonna has been known for doing some outlandish things for decades. Dating someone 38 years younger than she is, however, is pretty unusual. Here’s hoping that they enjoyed their holiday celebrations on Wednesday. Only time will tell how long Madonna and Morris’ relationship will actually last!
