The 37-year-old actor was shocked by the antics of TikTok creator @mynameismonique. She started her challenge in June 2025 and has promised to keep it up until she is cast in one of the hunk’s flicks or TV shows as an extra.
Powell was stunned to find out that she was on the red carpet for the November 2025 European premiere of his sci-fi adventure movie, The Running Man, in London.
Glen revealed all during a comedy actor roundtable for The Hollywood Reporter with actors Harrison Ford, 83, Riz Ahmed, 43, Owen Wilson, 57, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, 39, and 51-year-old Zach Braff.
He shared, “There’s a woman in London who has been printing out pictures of my face for the last 80 days and has eaten my face every day. Literally will eat my face until I give her a role in a movie.”
“I didn’t know this was a thing until it was described to me while I was on the red carpet. They’re like, ‘Hey, the girl that eats your face is on the red carpet.’ I go, ‘What are you talking about?'”
Scrubs alum Zach wondered, “How did she get red carpet access?!”
Glen replied, “That’s what I was like. ‘Guys, come on, this is a real liability.'”
Monique started her daily challenge in June 2025. She has claimed the photos she munches on are “100 per cent” edible.

The content creator came face-to-face with Glen as he walked down the red carpet at the European premiere of The Running Man.
Monique posted a video of the pair meeting. After he signed a photo for her, she took a bite out of it.
The Twisters star looked down the camera and said, “This is savage.”
Other Scary Encounters
Glen has experienced other “chilling encounters” with fans.
He said, “I did have somebody ask me to sign a photo that was like a family photo that there’s no way they would have access to.”
“So, I’m sitting there like, ‘Where did you get that?'”
Sound of Metal entertainer Riz reacted, “That’s scary.”
Focker-in-Law cast member Owen said, “Whoa, you’ve had some really chilling encounters.”
Hardworking

Earlier this month, Glen admitted he thinks that people are “worried” about how hard he works.
He told Variety’s Awards Circuit podcast, “I find that being hard working, it’s something I really admire in my colleagues and other people.”
“I mean, work ethic is something, especially when you’re on a film set, and you have all these people kind of investing in something, I love that quality. At the same time, I think people are worried about me. But I’m fine. I’m having a blast.”
