Yesterday, we reported that the former Dukes Of Hazzard star John Schneider had married Dee Dee. The nuptials came after they each bonded over losing their respective spouses within the past two years. Schneider’s wife Alicia Allain died of breast cancer in 2023. Dee’s husband Paul Sorvino of Goodfellas fame died of natural causes in July of 2022.
Now, we’re learning that Dee Dee may have had a supernatural experience!
Dee’s Visits From Sorvino
In the wake of their marriage, an interview with Dee has resurfaced in which she claimed that Sorvino visited her from beyond the grave.
In August of 2023, Dee told The Mirror that Sorvino was on-stage in supernatural form at her “Drinks With Dee Dee” cabaret show in Hollywood.
“When I made the references, when things drop, that’s Paul,” she said. “He was a strong presence on this earth. And he’s a strong presence on the other side and reaches out.”
“And it’s comforting. It’s just nice,” she continued. “And people are like, oh, that can’t be true. It is true. I know it. I feel him all the time. He was here tonight. He’s happy. I can feel him. And we even did a seance at the Hollywood Museum and my hat kept falling off like 6, 7, 8 times. And everyone was like, well that’s clearly Paul.”

Dee Still Feels ‘Connected’ To Sorvino
Sorvino was 83 years-old when he passed away. He had been married to Dee, 57, since 2014. Despite his passing, Dee said that she still feels “connected to him” and “will always be connected to him.”
“I believe in the spirit world and in the real world,” she explained. “We’re all connected. It’s all energy. We’re all intertwined and people don’t go away. They just sort of change form. And that’s what I think.”
“I feel him with me whether it is chills, in a dream or even sometimes I feel a touch or even something in the sky, the beams from above. All the time,” she added. “I believe the spirit does not go away, it transforms.”
Dee concluded by describing her supernatural visits from Sorvino as “the best form of therapy” because “it makes people think I’d like to have that kind of relationship and I’d like to have that kind of love and I would like to have my wife talk to me that way. And it really is inspiring.”

Dee And Schneider Marry
Dee and Schneider married in Las Vegas, Nevada on Tuesday. He announced their marriage on his Facebook page.
“Big news big news everybody!” he began. “DeeDee and I got hitched last night in Vegas! Those of you who’ve been riding shotgun with me this last year and a half or so can understand that I never dreamed that happiness would be possible again.”
“I’m here to tell you that you are stronger than you think!” he continued. “And those folks who have ‘gone on ahead’ are absolutely not only watching from above…but giving us the necessary small nudge…and the occasional kick in the butt to do the right things!”
“I honestly never thought I would ever laugh again… and now I laugh all the time,” Schneider concluded. After thanking his new wife, he wrote, “Thanks, Paul!! Thanks, Alicia!!!”
Dee and Schneider have each been open about how difficult losing their respective spouses has been for them. Now that they’re together, we wish them both many years of happiness to come!
