It’s been four months since the TODAY show host Savannah Guthrie’s 84 year-old mother Nancy Guthrie was kidnapped from her home in Tucson, Arizona. Sadly, no trace of Nancy has been found, and she remains missing at this time.

Earlier this week, we reported that chilling new details had emerged about a credible ransom note that was received by the Guthrie family days after Nancy’s abduction. Now, another chilling ransom note for Nancy has come in.

Another Ransom Note Is Received

TMZ has received yet another ransom note from the same person who has sent the outlet the previous notes. The sender has claimed to know the identity of Nancy’s kidnappers. This time, he’s alleging that he has video of the “main guy” and Nancy the day she died.

“We have authenticated the new email is from the same person who sent us the previous ones,” TMZ reported. “He references an old Bitcoin address, which matches, as does his alias in the email.”

The person who sent the note claimed that there were two kidnappers. In previous notes, he has said that there was more than one.

“I have a phone stashed in a secure location guaranteeing both the information it stores and the safety of the phone,” the ransom note read. “What it contains is my definition of delivering them on a silver platter, a short video of the main guy with nancy the day that was probably her last, pictures of both involved, names and addresses and age.”

The note went on to say that the phone is in a “location easy to access if you know where it is.” He also said that he will ante up the password for one Bitcoin, and gives a new Bitcoin address.

“We have posted our reaction to his demand, which is to say he should send us one screengrab of Nancy to authenticate his claim,” TMZ concluded. “We have forwarded the email to the FBI.”

Nancy’s Abduction

Nancy was last seen on the night of Saturday, January 31. That evening, she had dinner with her daughter Annie and son-in-law Tommaso Cioni. They dropped her off at home afterwards at around 9:45pm, and she tragically hasn’t been seen since.

A masked intruder was captured on Nancy’s doorbell ring camera in the early hours of February 1. He managed to cover the camera with some plants before moving forward with the kidnapping.

The masked man was seen on the doorbell ring camera prior to the night Nancy was taken. This indicates that he may have been casing out her home.

No trace of Nancy has been found, and the desperate search for her continues.

Savannah Addresses Ransom Notes

Nancy’s daughter Savannah, 54, addressed reports about the ransom notes on the TODAY show on Tuesday morning. After a report about the notes was ran, co-host Craig Melvin turned to Savannah and said, “The bravery and courage with which you have done this job every day since that happened, nothing short of remarkable.”

“I love you guys, and I love this place,” Savannah said as she wiped away tears. “This is unusual and unprecedented — to say the least — to be sitting here.”

“But I can’t pretend I’m not here,” she continued. “And so since I am, I wanted to just take the opportunity to ask people, really to beg people, to come forward. Somebody knows something.”

This has clearly been an excruciatingly difficult time for Savannah, and for her entire family. Please join us in saying a prayer for them, and for the return of Nancy Guthrie.
