The A-list Hollywood star Charlie Sheen is speaking out this week to hurl a major accusation at the former President Bill Clinton. Indeed, according to Sheen, Clinton once made a move on the actor’s girlfriend back in the 1980s.
Sheen Accuses Clinton Of Hitting On His Girlfriend
Sheen, 60, just released his new memoir The Book of Sheen, which came out on September 9. In the tell-all book, Sheen alleged that Clinton, 79, hit on his then-girlfriend Dolly Fox decades ago.
It all started when Sheen went to Arkansas to film the 1987 movie Three for the Road. Clinton, who was the governor of Arkansas at the time, invited Sheen and his co-stars Alan Ruck and Kerri Green to his mansion for a photo op.
Sheen admitted in his memoir that receiving this invite was “pretty surreal.” That’s why he decided to bring Fox along.
It didn’t take long for Sheen to realize that bringing his young girlfriend around Clinton was a huge mistake.
“I was answering a reporter’s question when Ruck overheard Clinton whisper to one of his aides, ‘Find out what you can about the brunette,'” Sheen recalled. “The brunette was Dolly, and to this day Alan swears it was an exact quote.”
“I felt bad for Dolly to be objectified and skeeved-out like that, but still had to take some pride in ‘Bubba’ fancying my gal,” Sheen continued. “Alan gave Dolly the rundown in the bar later on that same night. To her credit, she laughed and was actually flattered.”
Sheen Talks Lewinsky Affair
Sheen went on to seemingly reference to Clinton’s infamous affair with his own White House intern Monica Lewinsky, 52.
“Clearly the behavior that transformed an intern a few years later into a household name had been in play long before her blue dress became famous,” Sheen stated. “It was quite the moment in time to be ringside for that slice of creepy history.”
Years after this incident, Sheen watched Clinton’s 1999 impeachment trial, which revolved around the Lewinsky scandal, from rehab. Sheen even told his fellow patients the story of Clinton hitting on Fox, who he’d split with by then, as they watched the proceedings.
“I was still pretty faded on detox meds and no one believed me,” Sheen wrote. “I literally said out loud to the group huddled around the TV, ‘It’s kool, I’ll put it in a book one day and you can all go f— yourselves.’ (And here we are).”
People Magazine contacted both Clinton and Ruck for comments on Sheen’s allegations. Neither of them responded. Go figure!
Sheen’s Memoir And Docuseries
Sheen told The Associated Press that when it came to this memoir, he “wanted it to feel like the reader was kind of in the room with me or at the small dinner party hearing this story.”
“Writing the book was the most challenging job I’ve ever had and hands down the most rewarding one,” Sheen added.
Sheen also opened up about his life in the new two-part Netflix docuseries aka Charlie Sheen, which premiered last week. The docuseries chronicles Sheen’s childhood as the son of the Hollywood star Martin Sheen. It then delves into his rise to fame and his battles with addiction.

Though Clinton will likely never confirm or deny that he hit on Sheen’s girlfriend, it’s not surprising to hear that he likely did it, given his behavior with women over the years.
Now that we’re living in a post-#MeToo era world, we can’t imagine that Clinton is very happy that Sheen is bringing this story to light. Sorry, Bill, but it doesn’t seem like Charlie will stop telling this story anytime soon!
