Casey Anthony, the woman at the center of her 2 year-old daughter Caylee’s murder back in 2008, is dating a married father of two. In fact, she reportedly blew up his 22-year marriage just to get with him.
Anthony Dating Married Man
Sources told The New York Post that Anthony, 38, has been dating Tyson Ray Rhodes, 48, since January. They reportedly met at the South Florida gym where they work. Anthony and Rhodes began interacting when they joined a group text with other gym members, but they soon began interacting one-on-one.
Anthony has since left Florida, where she has lived all of her life, to move to Tennessee to be with Rhodes. They were spotted together on Wednesday walking into her luxury apartment complex.
Rhodes is the father of two adult sons. Rhodes works as an engineer for an aerospace company, and had been married to his wife Sandy for 22 years. At the beginning of 2024, Rhodes and his wife moved from Florida to Tennessee. Just after this huge move, however, Rhodes “blindsided” the mother of his two children by saying that he wants a divorce.
Anthony ‘Doesn’t Care If He’s Married’
While most would feel guilty about breaking up a decades-long marriage, Anthony doesn’t appear to be fazed by this.
“She doesn’t care if he’s married or not,” a friend of Anthony’s said. “That’s his business. All she knows is that he makes her feel good, and she likes that. She was willing to follow him to Tennessee; she sees a future with him.”
“I asked her about it,” the friend continued. “I was like, ‘Casey, a married guy?’ and she just laughed and said, ‘Oh shut up, I’m living the life I want.’”
Days after Rhodes “blindsided” Sandy by asking for divorce, she went to Florida to visit her family. Anthony reportedly took this opportunity to fly up to Tennessee to be with Rhodes. On January 26, they were spotted canoodling at a local Tennessee bar.
“They were holding hands and kissing, and he even touched her butt,” one witness said. “She got up to order a drink, and they noticed that people were staring. He said to her, ‘Bring that innocent ass over here.’ He didn’t care.”
One of Rhodes’ family members said that he is very attracted to her. He has reportedly told those close to him that she has an “intoxicating” aura.
Anthony decided to move to an apartment that is located just down the street from Rhodes. She is currently working remotely as a researcher for a Florida private investigator.

Anthony’s History
Anthony is arguably one of the most infamous people in the country, as many believe that she got away with the murder of her own little girl. She was found not guilty in court.
Back in 2008, Anthony’s 2-year-old daughter Caylee went missing. She hadn’t been seen for over a month by the time Anthony’s mother Cindy alerted police. During that time, Anthony had been seen partying with her friends, reportedly showing little concern for her missing child.
As a nationwide manhunt ensued, Anthony was arrested after police caught her in various lies. One of these fibs was that Caylee had been kidnapped by a nanny, Zenaida Fernandez Gonzalez. This woman, however, turned out to not exist.
Caylee’s remains were found six months later in a wooded area not far from the Anthony family home. Her body had decomposed to the point where no cause of death could be determined. However, Anthony was still charged with first degree murder.
Anthony’s murder trial became a media circus in 2011, with 40 million people tuning in at times.
Prosecutors claimed that Anthony killed her daughter so that she could party with friends. They alleged that she saw her child as someone who stood in the way of the hard-partying lifestyle that she craved.
Meanwhile, Anthony’s defense tried to portray her as a mother as a mother who loved her daughter. They alleged that Caylee drowned in the Anthony family’s swimming pool.
The verdict was watched by almost 100 million people all around the world. The court of public opinion believed Anthony to be guilty, but the jury did not.

Anthony Moves On
While Anthony was convicted of four counts of lying to law enforcement officers, she was released from prison in July of 2011 because of the time she had already served while awaiting trial.
Anthony immediately went into hiding, and she’s tried to keep a low profile in the years since. She’s dated many men over the past 13 years, and is often seen out and about on dates in the South Florida area.
According to Anthony’s friend, however, she may have found the one in Rhodes.
“She sees potential in him,” the friend said. “She wants to see where this goes.”
Anthony may not have been found guilty of murder. In the eyes of the public, however, she’ll always be someone who got away with killing her own daughter. We can only hope that Rhodes has done his research into Anthony, because when looking at the evidence against her, it’s hard not to come to that conclusion.
All we can say is thank goodness his children are both adults.
