The former Full House star Candace Cameron Bure has long been known as one of the only openly devout Christian stars in Hollywood. In a new interview, Cameron Bure has issued a warning about “dark and demonic” friends after she shockingly found herself being invited to a S&M party.
Cameron Bure Issues Warning
On a recent episode of her eponymous podcast, Cameron Bure revealed that a friend once invited her to an exclusive party. However, this so-called “friend” failed to warn her that it was actually an underground S&M sex party.
Cameron Bure attended the party with her husband, former professional hockey player Valeri Bure, who she’s been married to since 1996.
“I have some really weird, embarrassing moments,” said Cameron Bure, who turned 50 earlier this month. “Although I shouldn’t say embarrassing. For me, they were more shameful of going to places where I thought, like, ‘Oh, this person’s a friend, and I’m going to be cool and do this.’”
“We walked in, and my eyeballs were popping out of my head. Because I saw stuff I’ve never seen before in my life,” she added of the shocking scenes at the S&M party. She described the party as being “an S&M sex thing that was so dark and demonic.”
“I’m looking at Val, going like, ‘How are we here? What is happening?’” Cameron Bure recalled. “We made a hard U-turn and walked right out of there. It just was so slimy and weird. We just had no idea what we were walking into, and it was so disgusting and gross.”
Since that experience, Cameron Bure has understandably become cautious about accepting invitations from the “friend” who invited her to that party.

Cameron Bure Discusses Sex
Last month, Cameron Bure opened up to reveal what “weirds” her out about sex.
“A visual of God watching me having sex weirds me out,” Cameron Bure admitted during another episode of her podcast. “It totally just depends on your upbringing and what your past experiences have been. Or the things that you were taught as a kid. I’m almost 50 and some of those adolescent thoughts never quite leave your mind. Or those high school teenage thoughts never quite leave your mind.”
Earlier in this podcast, Cameron Bure confessed to feeling “very kind of weird, confused feelings” about sex after she married her husband 30 years ago. She explained that “purity culture” expected her to be a virgin until she was married.
“Then it’s like, ‘Okay, now you’re married, go for it,'” Cameron Bure lamented.
“And it was a little… I don’t want to quite use the word shameful. But there were parts of it that felt shameful because I went from not being a sexual person to [people] saying, like, now you can do whatever you want,” the former Fuller House star recalled. “And so it felt weird. There wasn’t a good bridge there.”
Cameron Bure and her husband are parents to three children: Natasha, 27, Lev, 25, and Maksim, 24. She went on to say that as a mother, she’s become more comfortable with talking about sex.
“I have three kids that are in their 20s,” Cameron Bure said. “So I’ve done a lot of parenting and had a lot of conversations in this area over the years.”
We applaud Cameron Bure for continuing to use her platform to spread the word of the Lord.
God bless you, Candace Cameron Bure!
