Alec Baldwin’s Wife Forces Him To Make Embarrassing Public Apology To Her After Their Red Carpet Spat Goes Viral

Yesterday, we reported that Alec Baldwin and his wife Hilaria had gotten into a very uncomfortable exchange on a red carpet. Viral footage shows Hilaria snapping at Alec, telling him, “When I’m talking, you’re not talking.”

The vast majority of social media thought that Hilaria was in the wrong in the exchange. Indeed, even many people who despise Alec could not help but feel bad for him after watching the footage. Now, however, Hilaria has shocked everyone by forcing Alec to issue a humiliating apology to her in yet another video.

He looks like a hostage!

Alec’s Embarrassing Apology Video

The video showed Alec, 66, and Hilaria, 41, in bed together. In it, Alec apologized for “manterrupting” and admitted to having “correctile dysfunction.” Despite this, it was clear that Hilaria was the one dictating the terms of his apology.

The clip bizarrely began with Alec and Hilaria lip syncing to the audio of the original red carpet spat. Alec did Hilaria’s part, while she did his. Once the audio ended, Hilaria took on a patronizing tone with her husband.

“And that is called — what’s the word of the day?” she asked Alec, who wearily replied, “manterrupting.”

Hilaria went on to say that the term could be “a positive, or a negative, or a [expletive].” Alec then shyly stated that it might be an example of “correctile dysfunction.”

“So, the whole point is that we interrupt each other all the time,” Hilaria told the camera as their seven children could be heard banging on their door. The video ended with Hilaria kissing Alec on the lips as one of their sons jumped into bed with them.

“Give me a kiss, just so you know I’m not [mad at you],” Hilaria said before kissing Alec.

“Oh, I’m so happy you kissed me,” Alec whispered when the kiss ended.

Hilaria Snaps At Alec

This comes after video went viral of Alec and Hilaria on the red carpet at Planet Hollywood’s reopening in New York City on March 11. There, they were asked about the future of their family’s TLC reality television show The Baldwins. It didn’t take long for things to take a very awkward turn from there.

“It’s gonna be great,” Alec said. “You’re a winner.”

This was surprisingly enough to make Hilaria snap.

“Oh, my God,” she exclaimed. “When I’m talking, you’re not talking. No. When I’m talking, you’re not talking.”

Not stopping there, Hilaria went on to say that this was “why [she’d] have to just cut him out of the show.”

The Baldwins

Alec and Hilaria have been married since 2012. They are parents to Carmen, 11, Rafael, 9, Leonardo, 8, Romeo, 6, Eduardo, 4, María, 4, and Ilaria, 2. The Baldwins, which premiered last month, follows the family’s hectic life in New York City.

“This series blends the highs and lows of family life, with the challenges and humor that come while raising a large family in the public eye,” the show’s official synopsis reads.
