The legendary comedic actress Carol Burnett is preparing to turn 91 next month on April 26. In a new interview, Burnett has shown that she’s still just as feisty as ever by revealing which Hollywood A-list star that she would love to have be her 91st birthday present.
Burnett’s Birthday Wish
While appearing on “Live with Kelly and Mark,” Burnett joked that she wants to “do” the actor Bradley Cooper for her 91st birthday.
“You know, I listened to the podcast. … I loved hearing your stories,” said host Mark Consuelos. “And you said something very funny, that, ‘Is there’s something you wanted to do that you haven’t done yet before you turn 90?’ And you said, ‘George Clooney.’”
When host Kelly Ripa asked if Clooney ever took her up on this, Burnett replied, “No, but now I’m thinking about Bradley Cooper.”
“Everyone knows that this is the official morning show of Bradley Cooper,” Ripa said in response. “He loves this show. Brad? Give Carol a call, and you know which phone to use.”
“I love it,” Burnett replied, with Ripa adding, “That would be a great coupling, I think.”
The one slight problem with this, however, is that Burnett has been married to her beloved husband Brian Miller for over 20 years!
“I don’t think it’ll work with my husband,” Burnett confessed, with Consuelos responding, “There’s that complication.”
“I always forget about that!” Ripa quipped.

Burnett’s Marriage
Burnett and Miller got married in November of 2001 after dating for many years, according to People Magazine.
“We have a terrific relationship,” Burnett said of Miller while appearing on “PBS’ American Masters” back in 2007. “And I feel so fortunate at this time of my life to be with him. And all of my friends have just totally embraced him. And he loves all of my buddies, so it works out great.”
Burnett was previously married to actor Don Saroyan from 1955 to 1962 and to the late television producer Joe Hamilton from 1963 to 1984. She had three daughters with her second husband: Carrie, Jody and Erin.
“He’s funny and not easily intimidated,” Burnett once said of Miller, who is over 20 years her junior. “As we get older, the gap between our ages narrows. If you were 40 and married a 20-year-old, I don’t think you could communicate like [we do].”

Burnett’s 90th Birthday
Burnett celebrated her landmark 90th birthday last year with the NBC TV special “Carol Burnett: 90 Years of Laughter + Love,” which aired on her big day.
“I was absolutely gobsmacked by the evening,” she told Page Six afterwards. “It was incredible. It’s not a birthday party. It’s not a roast. It’s a variety show.”
“I’m just so fortunate, at this age, to be able to be getting in the sandbox and playing with people,” she added.
Burnett also expressed her disbelief that she’s officially in her 90s.
“I feel like I’m 11!” she said.
Burnett is a true living legend, and there will never be another one like her. Hopefully she has a great birthday, and perhaps Cooper can find some one to make her birthday wish come true!
