Gisele Bündchen and Tom Brady shocked the world when they divorced back in October of last year. On Sunday, Gisele appeared to address how she is dealing with this breakup when she took to social media to say that “nothing is permanent” while also urging her fans to “enjoy the good moments.”

‘Nothing Is Permanent’

Gisele, 42, posted a video to Instagram yesterday in which she could be seen smiling while riding a bicycle through a tropical setting to the tune of ADMT’s cover of TRINIX and Rushawn’s “Beautiful Day.”

“We all have our fair shares of trials,” Gisele captioned the video. “Every laugh, every fall, every experience, the good and the bad, everything is here to teach us something and help us grow.”

“Nothing is permanent,” she added. “So let’s enjoy the good moments and learn from the bad ones,” she continued. “Every day is a gift! ✨.”

Gisele And Tom Divorce

Gisele and Tom, 45, divorced last October after 13 years of marriage and having two children together.

“With much gratitude for our time together, Tom and I have amicably finalized our divorce. My priority has always been and will continue to be our children whom I love with all my heart,” Gisele said at the time, according to People Magazine. “We will continue co-parenting to give them the love, care and attention they greatly deserve.”

“The decision to end a marriage is never easy but we have grown apart and while it is, of course, difficult to go through something like this, I feel blessed for the time we had together and only wish the best for Tom always,” she continued before ending her statement by asking that “our privacy be respected during this sensitive time.”

Gisele Discusses Divorce

Last month, Gisele told Vanity Fair that she and Tom simply “grew apart” and realized that they wanted “different things” in life.

“Sometimes you grow together; sometimes you grow apart,” she said. “When I was 26 years old and he was 29 years old, we met, we wanted a family, we wanted things together.”

“As time goes by, we realize that we just wanted different things, and now we have a choice to make,” Gisele added. “That doesn’t mean you don’t love the person. It just means that in order for you to be authentic and truly live the life that you want to live, you have to have somebody who can meet you in the middle, right? It’s a dance. It’s a balance.”

Gisele also said that speculation surrounding her divorce from Tom was “very hurtful,” adding that she has only ever “wanted all his dreams to come true.”

“Listen, I have always cheered for him, and I would continue forever,” she said. “If there’s one person I want to be the happiest in the world, it’s him, believe me. I want him to achieve and to conquer. I want all his dreams to come true. That’s what I want, really, from the bottom of my heart.”
