The PFL has made it a goal to secure the best talent from all parts of the globe.
The latest fighter to join the promotion is Saudi Arabian featherweight Abdullah Al-Qahtani. “The Reaper” is set to make his debut later this year.
“The Professional Fighters League is committed to growing the sport of MMA and the PFL globally,” says PFL CEO Peter Murray. “We are excited about emerging top fighters coming out of the Middle East and our plan to further develop the sport in the region.”
Al-Qahtani will face Denis Jurakic in Serbia on February 18. He will compete in both the PFL and Brave FC, making him the first Arab athlete to sign a dual-promotional agreement.
“The Professional Fighters League is pleased to announce the signing of Abdullah Al-Qahtani,” said Ray Sefo, President of Fighter Operations of PFL. “The PFL prides itself on developing the best fighter in the sport and delivering the best in MMA.”
