Sharon Osbourne Wants Her Money Back After Donating $900K To Black Lives Matter

British media personality Sharon Osbourne is demanding a refund after donating $900,000 to Black Lives Matter; an organization recently described by rapper Kanye West as a “scam.”

‘I’d Like My Money Back’

While shopping in Beverly Hills, California, Osbourne was approached by a TMZ reporter who asked her about West calling Black Lives Matter a “scam.”

“Well, we gave $900,000 to [Black Lives Matter], and I’d like my money back, please,” said the 69 year-old wife of Black Sabbath frontman Ozzy Osbourne.

“I don’t understand why white lives don’t matter. I don’t understand it. It’s not my culture,” she added. “Everybody matters, don’t they?”

Osbourne, who has openly expressed her distaste for cancel culture, went on to say that West should not be cancelled for his comments; encouraging people to simply ignore the rapper if they aren’t fond of him.

“Don’t go to his social media. Don’t listen to his music,” she said. “Leave the guy alone. Let him do what he does, and if you don’t like him, do that. Leave him alone.”

West’s ‘White Lives Matter’ Scandal

This came days after West was attacked for wearing a “White Lives Matter” sweatshirt to his fashion show in Paris, France. Page Six reported that West refused to backtrack after receiving backlash, instead doubling down by writing on his Instagram Story, “Everyone knows that Black Lives Matter was a scam now it’s over you’re welcome.”

A source close to West said that the rapper is shocked by the reactions to his sweatshirt. 

“He thinks it’s a PC thing,” said the insider. “He wants to give a voice to the ‘other side’ [of the race debate in America]. He doesn’t understand why people aren’t seeing that.”

Osbourne Rips Cancel Culture

Osbourne knows a thing or two about cancel culture, as she was “cancelled” and fired from CBS last year for defending her friend Piers Morgan from accusations that he is racist for criticizing Meghan Markle.

“I learned a lot through [getting canceled] but you are who you are. I am not a racist … never said one racist thing,” she told Daily Mail last month.  “People are woke, it’s a whole different world out there. People conduct themselves differently now.”

“There are three things I never want to talk about, religion, politics and minority groups because you can never win. There will be 50 percent that agree with you and 50 that think you’re an a—hole,” she also asserted, further adding that the 50 percent not finding themselves in agreement end up becoming “judge, jury and executioner.”

Osbourne Slams ‘Woke’ Left

Osbourne also spoke out against the “woke” left earlier this week.

“Woke people are like born-agains,” she told The New York Post. “It’s like a religion. The woke people, they are entitled to opinions, God bless them, even though they bore me to death — but the rest of us are not. They have a new word everyday, and a new campaign everyday, and if anyone goes against it … what? We’re the devil? They certainly act like we are.”
