Conservative Actor Tim Allen Hilariously Trolls President Biden – Immediately Goes Viral

Tim Allen has long been one of the few actors, in the liberal world of Hollywood, who has been unafraid to be open about his conservative views. He showed that once again on Monday night, when Allen started trending on Twitter after a tweet of his in which he hilariously trolled President Joe Biden went viral.

“Biden was on ’60 minutes.’ I heard he asked how long the show was,” Allen sarcastically noted on social media. 

The tweet has since gone mega-viral, garnering over 81,000 likes, nearly 10,000 retweets, and over 11,000 replies at the time of this writing.

Biden’s ’60 Minutes’ Interview

Biden had appeared on “60 Minutes” on Sunday night, garnering backlash from the left by declaring that the COVID-19 pandemic is “over,” according to The New York Post. 

“The pandemic is over,” the president declared. “We still have a problem with COVID. We’re still doing a lot of work on it. But the pandemic is over.”

As Biden walked through the Huntington Place convention center with correspondent Scott Pelley, he pointed out, “If you notice, no one’s wearing masks.”

“Everybody seems to be in pretty good shape, and so I think it’s changing, and I think this is a perfect example of it,” Biden further noted.

Allen’s Past Comments On Politics 

Allen is one of the few openly conservative actors in Hollywood, and he regularly poked fun at liberals in his sitcom “Last Man Standing,” which came to an end last year. Check out one of his digs from Biden on that show in the video below. 

During a 2021 appearance on the podcast “WTF with Marc Maron,” as transcribed by The Hill, the actor described himself as a fiscal conservative who has made it his mission to not join “we culture.”

“Once I realized the last president pissed people off, I kind of liked that,” Allen said at the time, referring to former President Donald Trump. The “Home Improvement” star went on to say, however, that he doesn’t want to force his political views on anyone else.

“I never really preach anything,” he declared. “What I’ve done is that I don’t join into, what I call ‘we culture.’ I don’t tell anybody else how to live. I don’t like that ‘we should do this, we should do that.’”

Allen On Being A Conservative In Hollywood

The Hill reported that in a 2017 interview, Allen compared being a conservative in the liberal world of Hollywood to living in Nazi Germany. 

“This is like ’30s Germany. I don’t know what happened,” he said. “If you’re not part of the group: ‘You know what we believe is right,’ I go ‘Well, I might have a problem with that.'”

In a 2018 interview, Allen talked about his own experiences with Trump. 

“I’ve met [Trump] at the charity event years ago, and that certainly doesn’t fit with the man who tweets,” Allen told Entertainment Weekly. “Maybe it took this type of guy to get stuff done because it was so stuck in the mud.”

“My political party is that I’ve never liked taxes, period, so whatever that means,” he continued. “I don’t like paying people who never seem to do what I would do with my money. I always thought it would be funny if I had a little menu on my tax returns where I could tell them where my money would go.”

Allen’s A Devoted Son

When he’s not talking about politics, Allen is a devoted family man who recently opened up about taking care of his aging mother. This just goes to show that aside from having a good head on his shoulders politically, he also has a heart of gold.

We’re glad to see that there’s at least one person in Hollywood who isn’t afraid to think for himself politically. If only there were more celebrities who were willing to joke about Biden’s failures, just as Allen did with his viral tweet!
