Before we close out July with UFC 277, we get the UFC’s return to London this weekend.
UFC Fight Night 208 takes place from The O2 Arena in London, England. The entire event will stream live on ESPN+.
In the headline fight, heavyweights Curtis Blaydes and Tom Aspinall collide. The card also features Jack Hermansson vs. Chris Curtis and Paddy Pimblett vs. Jordan Leavitt.
The return of former UFC title contender Alexander Gustafsson is scheduled, as he meets Nikita Krylov in a featured bout.
Blaydes has picked up back-to-back wins since a 2021 loss to Derrick Lewis. The veteran is now 16-3 overall with 11 wins by knockout.
After coming up short vs. current division champion Francis Ngannou back in 2018, Blaydes reeled off four consecutive wins. That run included a finish of Junior dos Santos and a decision over Alexander Volkov.
Since the setback to Lewis, he has bested both Jairzinho Rozenstruik and Chris Daukaus.
Aspinall, who hails from England, enters riding a eight-fight win streak. That includes a perfect 5-0 record in the UFC with four “Performance of the Night” bonuses.
He has finished Jake Collier, Alan Baudot, Andrei Arlovski, Sergey Spivak and Volkov this past March.
Rounding out the main ard will be Molly McCann vs. Hannah Goldy and Paul Craig vs. Volkan Oezdemir.
