Ortiz & Santana Not On Same Page, Creative Change For Alexa Bliss?
Are the rumors true about AEW stars Santana & Ortiz not being on the same page anymore? Plus, is a creative change coming for Alexa Bliss?
Lots going on with Santana as of late. Not only did he apparently suffer from a serious injury during a recent Blood & Guts match on AEW, but rumors have also been buzzing he and his tag partner, Ortiz, are not on the same page.

Former LAX stablemate, Konnan, talks about this on a recent edition of the Keepin’ It 100 podcast. He notes there could be some truth to the rumors.
According to Konnan, Ortiz and Santana are “not on good terms”. This could and would certainly give Santana another reason to leave Tony Khan’s promotion.

Santana’s AEW contract status is not known. However, if he’s unhappy with his spot in the company and not getting along with Ortiz, he could jump ship somewhere else.
Over to the land of WWE, someone who’s likely to stay the long haul is Alexa Bliss. That is, if the company offers up some interesting creative direction for the star.
Creative Change For Alexa Bliss?
Alexa Bliss continues to be one of the most popular WWE superstars on RAW today. Despite the fact that her character has lacked creative direction since her return.
She teamed up with Asuka this past Monday night during RAW and defeated Nikki A.S.H. and Doudrop. With that said, the commentary team did make some remarks about how Bliss “hasn’t been the same” since she’s come back.
In fact, the team noted that Alexa “lost something” before therapy. In addition, “what could be wrong” with Alexa was noted during the match.
What’s Wrong With Alexa Bliss?
Dave Meltzer chats about Bliss, the commentary team, and a possible creative change for the star during his recent Wrestling Observer Radio. Meltzer notes that something could be in the works for Little Miss Bliss.
Dave says that “the way” Alexa was brought up during commentary was likely instructed by the “back”. Meltzer states that there is likely something going on with Bliss.
As Dave goes on to say, an announcer’s job is never to say that an old gimmick is better than a new one. Meltzer believes “something’s up” with the Alexa Bliss character, and a change could be on the horizon.
After going through a number of therapy sessions, WWE seemed to have dropped the angle with Alexa Bliss. She returned recently as a “surprise” opponent for Sonya Deville.
However, there was little fanfare to Bliss’s return. Maybe they are building a bigger storyline around the ex-Women’s Champion.
Alexa Bliss has made a huge impact in the WWE, since signing with the company back in 2013. She’s been RAW Women’s Champion three times, SmackDown Women’s Champion twice, WWE Women’s Tag Champion twice, and Ms. Money in the Bank for 2018.
