Colin Kaepernick Gets Blasted As ‘Trash’ By Antonio Brown

Former San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick has spent much of the past few weeks effectively begging the NFL to take him back despite the fact that he only just compared the league to slavery back in the fall.

Though the woke left loves to fawn over Kaepernick, the NFL free agent Antonio Brown isn’t having any of it, and he held nothing back as he bashed the former quarterback during a podcast this week.

‘We Don’t Feel Sorry For’ Kaepernick

When the host of the Cigar Talk whined that Kaepernick had been shunned by the NFL for over five years ever since he took a knee during the national anthem before his games, Brown was quick to shut this narrative down.

“But they gave him the money and they gave him a commercial, they gave him the documentary,” Brown said, according to TMZ. “He took a deal. We don’t feel sorry for you. You took the deal. F*** outta here. Oh, Kaepernick. Man, you on f***ing Nike, man. F*** outta here. . . .”

We must warn you that there is some profanity in the video below.

‘He Don’t Wanna Play Man’

Not stopping there, Brown proceeded to say that he doesn’t believe Kaepernick ever actually wanted to get back in the NFL.

“He don’t wanna play, man,” Brown said. “He was trash, everything. . . . Kaepernick did all that and took the money and then got the commercial. We don’t see Kaepernick outside. Where he at? I ain’t never seem him outside. . . . All that’s cap. We ain’t respecting that, bro. You took the money, the commercials. We don’t see you outside. We don’t see him in the hood. He don’t do nothing.”

“Like, we cool. But nah we ain’t even stan Kaepernick,” he continued. “He not even from the hood. You don’t even been in the trenches. We like Kaepernick and all, but we ain’t really on that. As Black people we need to get that clear. . . . He took the handout, so he got to take the mayor out and, like, take responsibility for that.”

Brown Dismisses Comparisons To Kaepernick

Earlier this week, Brown also talked about Kaepernick on the ThisIs50.com podcast, where he dismissed any comparisons between the two of them.

“Colin Kaepernick not AB,” Brown said, referring to himself in the third person by his initials. “Colin Kaepernick not even from the hood. He’s not even from Liberty City. So, I don’t even want to mention his name. AB is a valuable football player. AB had stats last year, touchdowns.”

Fox News reported that Brown has been open about his struggles growing up in the Miami neighborhood of Liberty City, where gang violence is prevalent. He went on to deny that Kaepernick has been mistreated in the way that the media would have fans believe.

‘He’s Been Treated Good’

“He’s been treated good,” Brown said. “He got (a) Netflix documentary. Don’t get it twisted. See that’s the wrong thing about the world. We think, ‘Oh Kaepernick treated so bad because they don’t let him play football.’ Yeah, they didn’t let him play football, they gave him commercials. They gave him money. I’m not trying to tell you what ‘they’ did, I’m telling you the reality of what happened.”

In the over five years since Kaepernick has played for the NFL, the Left has tried to turn him into a martyr of sorts, claiming that he has been blacklisted because the league is “racist.” Others, however, have pointed out that Kaepernick led the 49ers to an abysmal losing record with the team during his final season with them, so it’s likely his own lack of football skills that have led to him not being signed since then.

Many would certainly agree with Brown that it’s hard to feel sorry for Kaepernick when he’s become a leftist martyr whose made millions from signing deals with Nike and Netflix. In the end, he may not play football again, but Kaepernick will be laughing all the way to the bank.

James Conrad

James Conrad’s passion for politics is only overshadowed by his longstanding interest in Hollywood. His unique perspective as a gay conservative fuels him to challenge celebrity views and those who think they have a right to tell anyone how to think or vote. James proudly wields his minority point of view to combat identity politics and cut through his typecast. Fun fact: James’ guilty pleasure is the British royal family.
