Stephanie Matto Of ’90 Day Fiancé’ Fame Claims To Make Six Figures Selling Her Farts In A Jar

Just when we thought 2021 could not get any weirder, reality television star Stephanie Matto of “90 Day Fiancé” fame is claiming that she makes six figures selling her farts in a jar.

Yes, you read that correctly. 

Stephanie Matto Passes Gas For Cash

Matto, 31, claimed to BuzzFeed that she makes $50,000 per week selling her farts to strangers, meaning she’s raking in $200,000 per month by doing this. 

“I thought farts were super niche, but also something fun, quirky and different,” Matto explained. 

“Working on my own adult-friendly platform these past few months has made me very aware of the different types of niches and markets that are out there,” she added. “Over the years, I’ve gotten a few messages from men and women wanting to buy my worn bras, panties, hair, bath water, etc.”

After finding fame on reality television, Matto started her own YouTube channel and then founded her own X-rated subscription site called Unfiltrd.

She initially decided to sell her flatulence to strangers because she “thought it’d be a hilarious publicity move that would get a lot of people’s attention.” 

Much to Matto’s surprise, however, this turned into an incredibly lucrative operation. Watch her talk more about this in the video below.

Stephanie Matto’s Canning Process

In a recent video posted to TikTok that has garnered nearly 20,000 views, Matto claims that she made almost $50,000 in one week from her gas.

She also said that her Unfiltrd inbox is “flooded daily with people wanting to purchase jars” and that she often gets requests for videos of the production process. 

In another recent clip, recent clip Matto can be seen preparing to pass gas in a jar by eating beans, a protein muffin, a yogurt, hard-boiled eggs and sometimes a protein shake. She then fills the jar with flower petals, explaining that they absorb the scent and make the smell “last longer.”

Many of Matto’s followers were annoyed that she did not actually show herself farting into the jar, however.

Matto ended the video by saying that she is selling these jars for the “heavily discounted” price of $1,000 per jar, adding that she will include a personalized note from herself. 

“I want to thank so much the 97 people who have already purchased their jar of farts,” Matto said. 

‘There Seems To Be Endless Potential’

Though some will undoubtedly pass judgement on Matto for passing gas for cash, she has no intention of giving up the practice anytime soon. 

“I think I’ve really tapped into a huge market, and there seems to be endless potential,” Matto gushed. “I am grateful that I am able to entertain, spark debates and discussions, and open people’s eyes to different ways of life.”

Clearly, this reality star will do just about anything for a buck. Her decision to appear on “90 Day Fiancé” was our first hint.

But who are these people actually buying farts in a jar? Can we just consider that for a second? How big is the market audience that she can make six figures in a month??
