Jon Jones

MMA Fighting has obtained audio of the police call made in reference to Jon Jones recently.

Jones, the former UFC light heavyweight champion, was arrested in Las Vegas on suspicion of domestic battery and injuring or disabling a vehicle.

“Bones” was in town for the UFC Hall of Fame ceremony, with the incident happening hours after.

According to the report, a security officer at Caesars Palace called Las Vegas police and reported that Jessie Moses, Jones’ fiance, was bleeding from the nose and mouth.

“He’s actually a professional MMA fighter, Jonathan Jones, and she’s, like, refusing to go back to the room,” the security officer said. “We’re trying to assist her to help her grab her stuff, and she just will not go back.”

Moses was on the floor of the hotel casino with the couples’ three daughters. Security made note that she refused to go back to the room the two were sharing.

Officers found Jones, who slammed his head into a police car. Police found probable cause and arrested him on the matter, taking him to Clark County Detention Center.

Moses declined to file a protective order against the fighter.
