The Terminator himself Arnold Schwarzenegger spoke out on Wednesday to send a brutal message to anti-maskers, going so far as to say “screw your freedom.”
Schwarzenegger let loose in a discussion with CNN’s Bianna Golodryga and Alexander Vindman.
“There are still people who don’t believe in masks,” Schwarzenegger lamented, according to The Daily Caller. “But I think people should know, there is a virus here. It kills people.”
The former California governor then mocked those who feel that their “freedom is being disturbed” due to having to get vaccinated and wear masks.

“No, screw your freedom,” Schwarzenegger stated. “Because with freedom comes obligations and responsibilities. We cannot just say, ‘I have the right to do X, Y and Z.’ When you affect other people, that is when it gets serious.”
“You cannot say, ‘No one is going to tell me that I’m going to stop here, that I have to stop at this traffic light here. I’m going to go right through it,’” he added. “Then you kill someone else, and then it is your doing. So, this is the same thing with the virus. You cannot go and not put the mask on because when you breathe, you can infect someone else. And you can infect someone that then gets sick and may die.”
This blistering stance was somewhat ironic given the fact that earlier in the interview, Schwarzenegger had said that the only way that we can fix the divide in America right now is by “coming together” and showing each other “tolerance” and “inclusion” the way he’s “always worked towards” in his life.

Schwarzenegger also called on Americans to “work together,” saying it’s “the only way we can lick this virus.”
“Yeah, you have the freedom to wear no mask. But you know something, you’re a schmuck for not wearing a mask because you’re supposed to protect the fellow members around you,” Schwarzenegger said.
“I don’t want to villainize anyone here, but I just wanted to tell everyone, let’s work together and let’s stop fighting because there is a virus, and it’s better to get vaccinated [and] to wear a mask,” he continued.
For someone who doesn’t want to “villainize anyone,” Schwarzenegger is doing a pretty good job of doing just that!
He’s showing once again that he’s just another Hollywood elitist who thinks he has the right to tell the rest of us “little people” what to do.
