UFC Vegas 30 Results: Ciryl Gane Handles Alexander Volkov

For anyone doubting Ciryl Gane, Saturday’s UFC Vegas 30 main event fight with Alexander Volkov answered several questions.

Gane went the full five rounds and 25 minutes with the former Bellator heavyweight champion, securing a victory and positioning himself in the rankings for a major fight later this year.

With the win, Gane remained unbeaten at 9-0 in his career, showcasing all of his skills in taking care of Volkov. 

Tanner Boser had no problems with former light heavyweight contender Ovince Saint Preux, earning a second round finish.

Timur Valiev and Tim Means each picked up decision wins, while Andre Fili and Daniel Pineda was declared a no-contest.

Renato Moicano opened up the main card with a submission of Jai Herbert.

On the prelims, Kennedy Nzechukwu, Shavkat Rakhmonov, Jeremiah Wells, Marcin Prachnio, Julia Avila, Charles Rosa and Damir Hadzovic were all victorious.
