UFC Fight Island 8 Chiesa vs. Magny: Weigh-in Results & Highlights

The UFC’s latest Fight Island card is proceeding with all of its bouts intact, following the weigh-ins today in Abu Dhabi.

Michael Chiesa and Neil Magny hit their marks

Welterweight contenders Michael Chiesa and Neil Magny are going to battle in the headliner of UFC Fight Island 8, and both men hit their marks.

Chiesa weighed in at 170.5 pounds for the fight and Magny was 171. 

Magny (24-7) is coming off a decision win over former champ Robbie Lawler in August and has won three straight.

Chiesa (17-4) hasn’t competed since last January when he defeated Rafael dos Anjos by decision. The former lightweight has also won three in a row.
