Holloway delivers a striking clinic

During his UFC run, Calvin Kattar has forged a reputation for being one of the best boxers on the roster. But, from the opening horn, Holloway bested Kattar in striking exchanges.

As the fight wore on, Holloway continued to mix in kicks and elbows, and Kattar was left a bloody mess. Several times, it looked like the fight was on the verge of being stopped, but Kattar kept firing shots back.

After 25 minutes, Holloway was awarded the decision by rarely seen, 50-43, 50-43, 50-42 scores. It was truly a masterpiece from ‘Blessed’, who was coming off consecutive, decision losses to the champ Alexander Volkanovski.
