UFC Vegas 13 Santos vs. Teixeira: Check Out The Official Poster

After two previous dates for a scrap between Glover Teixeira and Thiago Santos were punted, the light heavyweights are booked to throw down in a couple of weeks’ time. Recently the UFC released the official poster for the compelling match-up.

Santos versus Teixeira

The light heavyweight contenders are scheduled to fight on November 7th at UFC Vegas 13. Teixeira and Santos were supposed to fight initially on September 12th, but Teixeira tested positive for COVID-19.

A second booking, set for October 3rd, was subsequently canceled after Santos tested positive for the coronavirus.

Teixeira (31-7) is riding a four-fight winning streak and is coming off a stoppage win over Anthony Smith in May.

Santos (21-7) has yet to fight since he narrowly lost via decision to the now-former champ, Jon Jones, in July 2019. The contender injured both of his knees in the fight.

The winner of the upcoming bout is expected to challenge the new champ, Jan Blachowicz next.
