The weigh-ins for UFC Fight Island 5 are in the books, and everyone has hit their marks, including headliners Marlon Moraes and Cory Sandhagen.

Moraes vs. Sandhagen

Tomorrow’s headliner is an intriguing bantamweight fight between the top contenders Moraes and Sandhagen.

Moraes (23-6-1) is looking to take another step back towards a title shot, as the former WSOF champ is coming off a split decision win over Jose Aldo last December. Prior to that, the Brazilian was stopped by Henry Cejudo in June, 2019, which was for the vacant bantamweight title at the time.

Sandhagen (12-2) is hoping to return to the win column, as he had his seven fight winning streak quickly snapped by Aljamain Sterling in June.

As Saturday’s card arrives, Moraes is ranked #1 in the UFC’s bantamweight division and Sandhagen is #4.

Both fighters came in at 136 pounds for the headliner.
