UFC Vegas 7: Card’s New Poster Features Frankie Edgar & Pedro Munhoz

The UFC’s busy run of events will continue to roll into late August, as UFC Vegas 7 will go down on August 22nd.

In advance of the event, the promotion’s shared out the card’s official poster, which features the likes of Frankie Edgar, Pedro Munhoz, Uriah Hall and Yoel Romero.

Edgar’s bantamweight debut

UFC Vegas 7 will feature the long-awaited and much-discussed bantamweight debut of the former lightweight champ, Edgar.

The legend was supposed to fight bantamweight contender Cory Sandhagen this past January. But Edgar (23-8-1) opted to face featherweight Chan Sung Jung in December and was stopped in the first round.

Edgar was initially booked to fight Munhoz last month, but the latter tested positive for COVID-19 and the fight was postponed. Munhoz (18-4), meanwhile, is coming off a decision loss to Aljamain Sterling last June.
