Tom Hanks masks coronavirus p*ssy

Hollywood star Tom Hanks, who survived coronavirus with his wife Rita Wilson earlier this year, spoke out this week to shame Americans who choose not to wear masks as the pandemic continues. He says he has “no respect” for those people.

Tom Hanks Goes After People Not Wearing Masks

In an interview with the Associated Press, Hanks had this to say:

“I don’t get it. I simply do not get it. It is literally the least you can do. And if anybody wants to build up an argument about doing the least you can do, I wouldn’t trust them with a driver’s license. I mean when you drive a car you have to obey speed limits, you got to use your turn signals, you have to avoid hitting pedestrians. If you can’t do those three things, then I get it. You shouldn’t be driving a car. If you can’t wear a mask and wash your hands and social distance, I got no respect for you, man. I don’t buy your argument.”

Hanks doubled down on his face mask position in an interview with Reuters while promoting his new movie Greyhound

“At the very least, three tiny things (are) in everybody’s wheelhouse, if you choose to do them,” said Hanks, 63. “Wear a mask, wash your hands, social distance. If you can’t do that, I don’t have much respect for you.”

Hanks also used his car safety metaphor in this interview, saying, “If you drive a car, you’ve got to use your turn signal, not drive too fast and avoid pedestrians.”

“Whether or not we like it, we’re all in this together,” he added.

In a third interview with The Guardian, Hanks found a way to blame the coronavirus situation on President Donald Trump, albeit not mentioning him by name.

“Well, I must say, I grew up looking to our leaders for calm and informed guidance and I don’t think we’ve got that,” Hanks said.

Tom Hanks Says You’re A ‘P*ssy’ If You Don’t Wear Masks

This is far from the first time that Hanks has gone on the attack against people who don’t wear masks.

Last week, he indicated to People magazine that anyone who doesn’t wear a mask is a “p*ssy.”

“Those things are so simple, so easy, if anybody cannot find it in themselves to practice those three very basic things — I just think shame on you,” Hanks said. “Don’t be a p*ssy, get on with it, do your part. It’s very basic. If you’re driving a car, you don’t go too fast, you use your turn signal and you avoid hitting pedestrians. My Lord, it’s common sense.”

Hanks sure does seem to love his car metaphors, doesn’t he? Perhaps he should try mixing things up a little more while he’s promoting his movies. Maybe then more people would actually watch them!
