Meghan Markle Denounces People In Power, Expert Hints At Possible Presidential Aspirations

A royal expert is claiming that Meghan Markle is considering running for president of the United States. Recently, Meghan shocked everyone when she took what many are interpreting as a shot at Queen Elizabeth in her first speech since stepping down as a senior member of the British royal family.

Meghan Markle Might Run For President?

The U.K. Mirror reported that royal commentator Beverly Turner told British television host Jeremy Vine that she has it on “good authority” that Meghan, 38, is considering a presidential run.

“She will run for President, I have no doubt about it,” Turner said. “I have no doubt, I think this is all part of the plan. It may not be very soon but it will be.”

Vine appeared to be skeptical about this, saying that this was the “first time I have ever heard anyone say that,” but Turner stood by it.

“I have it on fairly good authority that she would like to run for President,” Turner explained. “There may be worse Presidents, I would like to see a mixed-race woman in the White House, I would.”

“I don’t know whether woke wins elections, that is the problem here,” Vine replied.

“What do you mean by woke? Opinionated?” Turner asked, to which Vine said, “Woke is not aligning with where consensus is now, I suppose that is the thing.”

Meghan Takes Shot At Queen

During Meghan’s speech at the Girl Up 2020 Leadership Summit this speech this week, Meghan hit out at the treatment by “those in the corridors and places of power,” seemingly referring to the Queen.

This was her first official speech since leaving the royal family.

“I want to share something with you,” Meghan said. “It’s that those in the halls and corridors and places of power, from lawmakers and world leaders to executives, all of those people, they depend on you more than you will ever depend on them. And here’s the thing: they know this.”

“They know that all of you, at a younger age than any modern comparison, are setting the tone for an equitable humanity. Not figuratively, literally,” she added. “This is a humanity that desperately needs you. To push it, to push us, forcefully in a more inclusive, more just, and more empathetic direction.”

“To not only frame the debate, but be in charge of the debate—on racial justice, gender, climate change, mental health and wellbeing, on civic engagement, on public service, on so much more,” Meghan continued. “That’s the work you’re already out there doing.”

Meghan Would Run As A Democrat

If Meghan were to run for president, she would undoubtedly do so as a Democrat, as she has made no secret about her disdain for Donald Trump and her love for “woke” liberal ideologies.
