UFC lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov watched as Justin Gaethje claimed the interim title to his crown at UFC 249 Saturday night.
Gaethje dominated Tony Ferguson – the person Nurmagomedov was scheduled to meet – to win the belt in Jacksonville, Florida.
And just like the rest of the world, Nurmagomedov was watching.
Shortly after the bout ended, he posted on Twitter a simple message.
“No comment,” Nurmagomedov wrote.

Nurmagomedov and Ferguson have had quite the feud, but each time they have been scheduled to meet, something has happened. The latest bout was scratched due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Gaethje took the opportunity, moving into a future bout with the unbeaten champion likely later this year.
