Here’s Why Bruce Willis Left His Wife And Young Daughters To Quarantine With Ex Demi Moore

While the thought of being stuck with your ex in quarantine is repulsive to many of us, it’s not to Bruce Willis and Demi Moore. The former Hollywood couple is shacking up with their daughters and their boyfriends in Idaho while Bruce’s wife and younger daughters are home in Los Angeles.

While it might sound like love on the rocks for Willis and his current wife, model Emma Heming, that’s apparently not the case. This might have a lot of us scratching our heads, but as Bruce and Demi’s 28-year-old daughter Scout describes it, this is pretty average for this Modern Day Family. 

Demi and Bruce have remained good friends since their divorce. The new Mrs. Willis knows this and also shares a close relationship with her husband’s ex-wife.

Demi Moore attended Bruce and Emma’s renewal of their vows last year and they repaid the favor by supporting Demi during her tell-all book launch. 

Bruce Willis Quarantines With Demi and Daughters

Scout Willis answered a question about this family quarantine that many fans were wondering about.

Why wasn’t Bruce with his wife and 8-year-old and 5-year-old daughters? She spilled the beans on “The Dopey” podcast.

“My stepmom was going to come up here, too, with my little sisters,” Scout, 28, explained during a recent episode of the “Dopey” podcast. “[But] my younger sister, who is now actually 7 years old … had never gotten a talk about not f–king with hypodermic needles that she found [at a park], so she actually tried to poke her shoe with it and poked her foot.”

“So my stepmom had to be in L.A. waiting to, like, get the results for taking her to the doctor,” Scout noted, “so my dad came up here early and then travel got crazy so my stepmom stayed in L.A. with my little sisters.”

While many mothers of young children would want her husband to stay with her and the youngsters rather than shuffling off to another state, Emma did not.

And she appears to hold no resentment about Willis joining his ex-wife for a prolonged quarantine while she cares for their young daughters in Los Angeles. Emma has even commented on Demi’s family quarantine photos.

 “At its finest ??? love and miss you guys ???,” Emma commented on Demi’s family quarantine picture above. 

At least from the Willis/Moore clan’s social media accounts, it appears that everything is going along splendidly.

Of course, pictures only tell us what they want us to see and not necessarily what’s really going on.
