Conor McGregor continues to make headlines, following his big win at UFC 246, as the former champ has heaped praise on American President, Donald Trump.
Conor McGregor has been a fixture in the news in recent weeks, due to his recent bout with Donald Cerrone. But, following his quick win at UFC 246, McGregor’s made headlines via comments he’s made about U.S. President, Donald Trump.

McGregor heaps praise on President Trump
Recently McGregor tweeted out the comments below, in response to a tweet President Trump made about his administration to date:

President Trump followed up by congratulating McGregor on his victory over Cerrone, which saw the controversial fighter score a finish in just 40 seconds.

McGregor was fighting for the first time since October, 2019, when he was submitted by lightweight champion, Khabib Nurmagomedov. With the victory on Saturday, the 31-year-old Irish fighter moved his overall record to 22-4.
