Countdown To UFC 245: Usman Vs. Covington

UFC 245 takes place this Saturday night from the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.

The event features three title fights, headlined by Colby Covington challenging Kamaru Usman for the welterweight belt.

In the co-main event, Max Holloway defends his featherweight title against Alexander Volkanovski, with Amanda Nunes meeting Germaine de Randamie for the female bantamweight title.

Countdown To UFC 245: Kamaru Usman Vs. Colby Covington

For months, Colby Covington has been chasing after Kamaru Usman. He will finally get the chance to challenge him for the UFC welterweight title this Saturday night at UFC 245.

The former interim UFC welterweight champion has used social media and interviews to push his agenda, calling Usman out.

Usman, who won the title with a convincing win over Tyron Woodley, is unbeaten in his UFC career.

Countdown To UFC 245: Max Holloway Vs. Alexander Volkanovski

Max Holloway will look to secure his second featherweight title defense and fourth overall when he faces rising superstar Alexander Volkanovski.

Holloway, who bested Frankie Edgar in July, has also defended his belt vs. Brian Ortega and Jose Aldo. Volkanovski is unbeaten in the UFC and has not lost overall since 2013.

Countdown To UFC 245: Amanda Nunes Vs. Germaine de Randamie

A two-division

A two-division champion, Amanda Nunes will put her bantamweight belt on the line against former UFC champion Germaine de Randamie.

Nunes, who also holds the featherweight belt, knocked out Holly Holm in July to defend her title. She won the featherweight championship last December with a 51-second knockout of Cris Cyborg.

De Randamie won the inaugural featherweight title in 2017 with a decision over Holm, returning to bantamweight after vacating the belt.
