Things got messy once again on ABC talk show “The View” when Meghan McCain called Joy Behar “naive” to think the Democrats’ impeachment hearing circus is enough to actually bring down Donald Trump.
Fox News reported that McCain slammed the “cast of characters” involved in the impeachment hearings, which she predicted would have a minimal effect on the 2020 election.
“One of the things that I pride myself in is that we can’t get too sucked into the beltway and the media circles,” McCain said.
“What I saw last night on the debate stage is not going to be good enough to beat him. You all are very convinced, ‘he’s crazy, he’s whatever.’ He’s always been crazy like a fox. I knew he was going to win in 2016 and I’m telling you right now, if you think this impeachment hearing and everything with Sondland and the 30,000 cast of characters — which, by the way, every day is ticking lower and lower on ratings. If you think this is enough to have it locked and loaded, you are naive!”
Meghan McCain’s words clearly did not sit well with Joy Behar, who is known for being a loudmouth liberal.
“You know what I would like to see?” Behar replied. “I’d like to see these people answer to the subpoenas; [Rudy] Giuliani, [Mick] Mulvaney, [John] Bolton and [Mike] Pompeo–”
“You’re not listening to what I’m saying!” McCain shouted. “You’re not listening to what I’m saying!”
“I am listening to you,” Behar fired back. “What I’m saying: there’s more to come.”

McCain, however, was not about to back down.
“Do you know what matters? It’s the Electoral College, which is what you all should be focusing on right now, and you’re not,” the daughter of John McCain said.
“Which was created to save slave states,” Behar responded, resorting to a nonsensical argument since she had no logical comeback.
“Oh, for God’s sake,” McCain said in exacerbation as the show cut to commercial.

Meghan McCain deserves a medal for having to deal with the utter nonsense that comes out of Joy Behar’s mouth every day.
Once again, McCain has hit the nail on the head by pointing out how naive liberals are for thinking that these impeachment hearings will destroy Trump. Regardless of the outcome of the hearings in the House, it’s obvious that impeachment will never actually pass the Republican-controlled Senate.
That’s why any voter with half a brain can see that the hearings are a giant waste of time, and are nothing more than a Democrat-led witch hunt against President Trump.
In the end, Democrats are actually helping Trump’s cause by continuing with their impeachment hearings because they are showing just how inherently biased they are against him.
If they continue with this foolishness, they are more likely to help than hurt Trump’s reelection chances in 2020.
