7-Year-Old Back In School As Boy After Texas Judge Blocks Mom’s Forced Transition To Girl

Many Americans watched in horror as James Younger’s father had to aggressively fight in a Texas courtroom to stop his ex-wife from transitioning the 7-year-old boy into a transgender girl. Jeffrey ultimately won that court battle and now James is back to school as himself, a little boy. The pictures dad posted show a joyful child.

Mom: He Is A Transgender Girl Named Luna

The very public courtroom battle between Jeffrey Younger and his ex-wife, pediatrician Dr. Anne Georgulas, got a tremendous amount of national attention. Georgulas was transitioning James into a transgender girl named Luna.

The 7-year-old’s mother had him attend school as a girl and instructed James’ classmates and teachers to call him Luna.

Dad Jeffrey couldn’t sit idly by as he watched his son being forced to transition into a girl. And so the parents battled it out in court.

Texas Judge Kim Cooks awarded joint managing conservatorship and joint decision making over James and his twin Jude to mom and dad.

This critical ruling increased Younger’s custody of the boys, allowing him to have his sons on school nights.

It also meant that James’ mother could not subject him to medical transitioning without the consent of his father.

Deleted YouTube Video

In a now deleted YouTube video, James Younger told his father when he was three years old that his mother told him he is a girl and was putting him in dresses and painting his nails when he was with her.

Imagine the horror this father experienced as he saw his son being pushed to become transgender by his mother.

In the Facebook video below from just a month ago, James can be seen rough housing with his brother and his father. He certainly looks happy to be an active boy.

James Returns To School As Boy

Rather than his mother directing him on his “gender identity”, James is now allowed to choose what name and gender he wants to be called.

The 7-year-old chose to return to school in Texas as James, rather than transgender Luna, and affirmed that he is a boy. When not being forced by his mother, he made it known that he is a boy.

A Facebook post this week on the “Save James” Facebook page announced the news that James was able to return to school as himself. He also got to choose what to wear to church as you can see in the Facebook post below.

Additionally, school staff reported that James’ decision not to return as transgender was well received and there were no issues in the classroom.

Jeff emailed the principal today and James and Jude’s teachers had reported that there was zero stress or disruptions in the classroom today. Just another day in school ? Prayers answered.

The choice to become transgender is certainly not one to be made prior to the age of consent.
