Francis Ngannou

Francis Ngannou didn’t fight beyond the 60-second mark in his last two fights, and while he did so tonight at UFC Minneapolis, the slugger quickly took out Junior dos Santos.

Ngannou fired in a couple of hard leg kicks early in the bout, but JDS returned fire with the same technique. Moments later, Ngannou cracked JDS with a right hook that sent the former champ to the floor. After Ngannou landed another couple of shots from above, the fight was stopped. Another, quick win for the feared slugger.

Following Ngannou’s win, the contender called for the winner of the upcoming, August 17th bout between heavyweight champ Daniel Cormier and Stipe Miocic.
