WWE Moves KSA Return Date + WrestleMania News

-It was previously reported that WWE would be returning to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in May of this year. Now, according to the Wrestling Observer, the date for the return has changed.

WWE will now have their next big show there on June 7. So far, The Undertaker has been linked to the show. It is likely that other big money Superstars, such as Brock Lesnar, will be enticed to make the trip.

Considering the backlash WWE endured surrounding the previous trips, it will be interesting to see what-if any-heat the company takes for this one.

-With WrestleMania just a handful of days away, there is a bunch of tidbits coming out about the show and what we might expect.

WrestleVotes tweeted out that they are hearing that the WrestleMania program features a match that has not been announced yet. No word on if it’s a change to an existing one, or one that is new to fans.

Also, WWE is playing up that Rey Mysterio suffered an ankle injury on Monday Night RAW. He did not work SmackDown, which either means he is legit hurt and WWE is doing what it can to keep it’s United States title match intact…or it’s just part of the angle and they kept him off television for that reason.

Wrestling Observer has also indicated that John Cena, Bray Wyatt and Kane are all expected to be in New York City over WrestleMania weekend. Kane could be in for press and the Hall of Fame, but it would seem unlikely to have Cena or Wyatt in town and not use them on Sunday.

Finally, Lars Sullivan tweeted recently, teasing that we might finally see The Freak on WWE main roster programming. He offered to be the one to interrupt Elias on Sunday.

The tweet was eventually deleted, but here it is, courtesy of WrestleTalk
