Ryan Garcia kept his unbeaten record intact this past weekend, scoring a second round knockout victory over Jose Lopez.
The event took place from the Fantasy Springs Resort Casino in Indio, California and streamed live on DAZN.
Garcia now trains with Eddy Reynoso, the head trainer for Canelo Alvarez. Alvarez was in attendance at the event in support of Garcia. The win moved Lopez to 18-0 in his career.
In the co-main event of the night, Angel Acosta retained the WBO light flyweight title by finishing Ganigan Lopez in the eighth round.
Danielito Zorrilla stopped Gamaliel Diaz in the second round and Rocky Hernandez bested Ibrahim Class with a second round KO.
