UFC Fight Night 146 Results: Junior Dos Santos Makes Statement

Former UFC heavyweight champion Junior dos Santos made a statement Saturday night, knocking out Derrick Lewis in the main event of UFC Fight Night 146.

The event aired live on ESPN+ from Wichita, Kansas, marking the debut for the Octagon in the city.

Dos Santos earned his 15th career finish and improved to 3-0 in his last three fights since a 2017 loss to Stipe Miocic.

In the co-main event, Elizeu Zaleski dos Santos made quick work of Curtis Millender, locking in a rear-naked choke and scoring the first round submission. The win pushed the 32-year-old to 7-0 in his last seven fights since a 2015 split decision loss to Nicolas Dalby in his Octagon debut.

Niko Price knocked out Tim Means in the first round, ending an exciting welterweight contest between two men that wanted to fire and exchange.

Blagoy Ivanov topped Ben Rothwell via decision, Beneil Dariush submitted Drew Dober and Omari Akhmedov picked up a decision over Tim Boetsch to round out the main card.

Prelim winners included Anthony Rocco Martin, Yana Kunitskaya, Grant Dawson, Maurice Greene, Matt Schnell, Alex Morono and Alex White. Schnell and Morono each earned submissions, with the others claiming decisions.
