Justin Willis Says Things Need to Get “Fixed With Myself, And my Team” Following Loss to Curtis Blaydes

Following his one-sided loss to Curtis Blaydes at UFC Nashville this past weekend, Justin Willis has posted a statement, in which he says he’ll be taking a break from social media.

Willis had his eight-fight winning streak snapped by Blaydes, who repeatedly took Willis down and controlled the action from the top. Since then, the heavyweight posted this statement:

This will be my last post until certain things are fixed with myself, and my team. I will remain humble as I am in victory and also in my very LAST defeat of my career. Throughout my life things work once but they will never work twice. I will make 0 excuses but I must be honest with myself and my fans, I froze up! It will NEVER happen again. #godisgreat #brickbybrick #outworkthemall #beautifullyimperfect #bringit

With the loss, the record of Willis now stands at 8-2.
