James Gallagher, a frequent training partner of former UFC champion Conor McGregor, has signed a new contract with Bellator MMA that will keep him in the promotion – and busy – for the foreseeable future.

“Absolutely delighted to have signed a new 6 fight deal with Bellator MMA this one will not only help change my life but also my family as they’re the ones who got me to this point,” Gallagher posted on social media.”

The 22-year-old Gallagher rebounded from his first pro loss with a submission vs. Steven Graham this past February. He was knocked out by Ricky Bandejas last August.
