– It seemed as if the WWE had big plans for a big push as it relates to Lars Sullivan and his main roster call-up. Unfortunately, it was reported that he suffered an anxiety attack before he was set to debut on Monday Night RAW. It seems as if there was a Wrestlemania 35 program being organized for him and John Cena, where he’d destroy the 16-Time WWE Champion before the 2019 Royal Rumble, which would set up a match between the two on the Grandest Stage of Them All.

According to Ringside News, these plans have been scrapped now and the WWE is potentially moving forward with a Samoa Joe versus Cena bout come WM 35.

Wrestling Observer Live’s Bryan Alvarez recently noted that there is no good news as it relates to Lars Sullivan and the main roster. While there were plans for him to go up against the Cenation Leader at ‘Mania, this clearly is no longer happening, and it seems as if the company grew tired of waiting (and waiting) for Lars.

They very well could decide to launch something huge with Sullivan, post-Wrestlemania and with the brand draft on the horizon the week after WWE’s flagship event, here’s hoping Lars can make an impact on either RAW or SmackDown LIVE. We will have to wait and see.

– Fans of WWE Hall of Famer Jim Ross need to take note. JR stated on his podcast recently that his contract with the company ends this March 29th. He also relayed that he and WWE’s Chairman Vince McMahon had a meeting where the two “mutually agreed” on parting ways.

Interestingly, Ross stated that he thinks he has a lot to offer; however, there are individuals that “surround” Vince that believe otherwise. JR noted that he is looking forward to the future and doesn’t think he will be out of work for that long.
