Former WWE Stars Who Are Least Likely to Ever Return

Sometimes, the WWE does not treat its superstars right. There have been some extremely popular wrestlers, who promptly got buried by the company. Not surprisingly, it has caused some of these wrestlers to leave.

While some wrestlers eventually make their return to the company, there is a small percentage of wrestlers who left who are unlikely to ever return. Here are some of the wrestlers who are extremely unlikely to ever return.

Neville

One superstar who was treated poorly by the company is Neville. Not only did he encounter creative neglect, the company refused to release him until a year after he requested it.

Despite being the “King of the Cruiserweights” and pulling a lot of viewers to 205Live, the WWE refused to see the massive value Neville brought to the company. Because of the treatment they gave him, it is unlikely we will see Neville on WWE ground again.

Scott Steiner

Scott Steiner’s story is considerably different than that of Neville. While Neville was indeed mistreated by the company, Steiner got himself in trouble because of his poor attitude and larger than life ego.

Steiner had several runs with the company. His first run saw him leave the company and the wrestling business until he returned to ECW in 1995. He would have a second disappointing run in the WWE between 2002 and 2004. During this run, he would verbally attack power couple Stephanie McMahon and Triple H.

During an interview with WhatCulture, Steiner called Stephanie the C-word. He even stated he rather quit wrestling completely than to return to Vince’s product. It certainly did not do much for his standing in the eyes of wrestling fans.

CM Punk

When you think of a wrestler that is least likely to return to the WWE, the name CM Punk certainly springs to mind.

The departure of CM Punk is believed to be quite similar to that of Neville. Many believe that Punk told the truth in his pipebomb statement to John Cena, which was meant as a promo. When wrestling reporters spoke to Punk after his departure, it would appear that was indeed the case.

CM Punk has been away from the WWE for years, yet “CM Punk” chants still go around the arena on a weekly basis. Despite his refusal to return, CM Punk has obtained the status of “legend”.
