– Since All Elite Wrestling (AEW) has formed, there has been a ton of speculation around current WWE superstars jumping ship to the new promotion. – At 49 years of age, Triple H has done a tremendous number of things in the WWE and hit some incredible milestones. While the COO of the company doesn’t wrestle full-time, he does often work some pay-per-views and is generally involved in a Wrestlemania match each year, whether that be in singles or tag team action.

HHH recently suffered a torn pectoral muscle during a bout at WWE’s November event, Crown Jewel. He required surgery as such, and while he had started training again some weeks ago, it seems he won’t be ready to jump into action come Wrestlemania.

According to a report from Sports Illustrated, HHH will not be ready for in-ring competition come April 7th, so fans should expect a WM without The Game this year. While the company had teased a bout between him and Batista recently, this may have to be postponed for next year’s flagship event, unless the WWE has a backup plan for The Animal that doesn’t include Hunter.

While anything is possible, especially when it comes to Triple H and the WWE, looks as if HHH won’t be performing on the Grandest Stage of Them All this year.
