Jim Carrey has long been one of the most outspoken, anti-Trump personalities in Hollywood, as he has completely let Trump derangement syndrome consume his life. This week, Carrey took to social media once again to show just how out of touch he is with a new ridiculous attack on Donald Trump.
Carrey enjoys expressing his anti-Trump sentiments through disturbing pieces of “art” he creates. His latest piece shows a painting of Trump being replaced with blue skies and trees along with the caption, “The New American Dream! Get rid of this filth and bring our blue skies back.”

How can the new American dream be to get rid of Trump when the majority of this country voted him into office? It’s laughable that from his elitist bubble in Beverly Hills, Carrey actually thinks he has his finger on the pulse of what the American people want and need right now. Hollywood stars like Carrey hate Trump because he did not become president to help fill their politics. Instead, he became president to help middle-class Americans who actually work hard for a living, not overpaid stars who get paid millions just to play pretend onscreen.
Carrey believes his cartoons are civilized
Last year, Carrey showed how self-righteous he is when he claimed that making these anti-Trump cartoons was “not a choice” for him.
“It’s not a choice to be doing the cartoons. I’m doing (them) because I can’t just watch this nightmare unfold,” he told USA Today. “It’s just a civilized way of dealing with it, to get on board with as many other voices as possible that are shouting from the rooftops.”
I can think of a lot of words to describe Carrey’s anti-Trump art, but “civilized” would not be one of them.
It’s time Jim Carrey give up his newfound hobby and focus on the only thing people want to see from him – movies.
