The family of Duane Chapman, also known as Dog the Bounty Hunter, has been having a very difficult few weeks ever since wife Beth Chapman was diagnosed with throat cancer, which doctors say is “incurable.” The Chapman family has made it clear that Beth’s situation is very serious, which is why the announcement that they made on Monday came as a huge surprise to many.
Daily Mail reported that the Chapmans just announced that they will be returning to reality television as Beth continues to battle cancer. They will be appearing on the WGN America reality series “Dog’s Most Wanted” in which they will continue to hunt down fugitives with their crew.
“Crime in America is skyrocketing!” Duane said in a statement. “Criminals are finding it easier to avoid the system. With more and more dangerous criminals running the streets, the time couldn’t be better for the World’s Greatest Network to bring back the World’s Greatest Bounty Hunter. Fugitives beware!”

The series will include ten episodes and production is set to begin in the next few months. WGN America’s President Gavin Harvey added that “in this brand-new series, millions of Dog and Beth fans will join them on bigger hunts, pursuing more dangerous criminals, with a supporting cast of tough-as-nails crime fighters’ nicknamed the ‘Dirty Dozen.'”
We hope that this series will help to cheer Beth up, as she has been going through one of the most difficult times of her life in the past few years. First diagnosed with throat cancer in 2017, Beth managed to beat the disease by the end of that year. Sadly, doctors found that her cancer had returned in November of 2018, and by the time they caught it, the disease had spread to her lungs. This caused them to declare her cancer to be “incurable.”

Despite what doctors have said, Beth has continued to fight her cancer with everything she has. In the past 24 hours, she’s also made it clear that she is very excited about the new reality show, saying that it has given her and her family “new hope.”
