– It seems like Nikki Bella and John Cena are completely finished. According to US Weekly, Nikki has started dating her former Dancing With The Stars partner Artem Chigvintsev. This would be the first major relationship for Nikki since she and Cena split almost a year ago.
Nikki and Artem appeared on the 25th season of Dancing With The Stars back in 2017. They lasted pretty far in their season before getting eliminated about two months in. The report continued how Nikki and Artem have been dating for a while; possibly as early as the summer months. Their relationship has already appeared in upcoming season of Total Bellas, which returns to the E! Channel starting January 13.
Fans have not seen much of Nikki or Cena this year. Cena has worked a few major shows, last appearing on SmackDown where he teamed with Becky Lynch. Back in October, Nikki headlined the first ever all women’s pay per view Evolution in a losing effort to Ronda Rousey.
– As of now, PWInsider reports that Ric Flair is scheduled to appear at Monday’s RAW from Florida. His role is not known, but it could have something to do with WWE remembering “Mean” Gene Okerlund; who passed away earlier in the week. With Charlotte Flair competing on SmackDown and having problems with RAW’s Ronda Rousey, WWE could always make something happen there to build towards a WrestleMania program.
We already know Hulk Hogan will be at RAW to honor Okerlund. This will be Hogans’ first time on RAW since being fired in the summer of 2015 over racial comments being posted on the internet. He did appear at Crown Jewel in the opening segment, but WWE did followup on that moment and seem to be distancing themselves from the controversial event.
With Flair and Hogan appearing on RAW, that should certainly increase viewership. But, I am not sure how that is a ‘fresh start’ like the McMahon family promised.
