Triple H WWE Stock

– While Triple H is out right now due to injury, thanks to a torn pectoral muscle suffered during WWE’s November event Crown Jewel, it seems that a Wrestlemania 35 match has still be “penciled” in for him, just in case the King of Kings can recover from this set back in time.

HHH did require surgery for the injury; however, Barnburner’s No Holds Barred Joe Peisich recently noted on his podcast that WWE still has plans for Hunter, despite his this. Word is, sources have revealed to Joe that the WWE has plans for a Batista versus Triple H at Wrestlemania 35, should HHH be able to muster up enough strength to recover in time. The WWE Universe knows him as the Cerebral Assassin, but Hunter also is a Superman of sorts, and there does seem to be a possibility that he could make the Grandest Stage of Them all.

Here’s hoping he can. Batista versus HHH is undeniably a match most of us would like to see at WM 35.

Speaking of WM 35, it seems that Rey Mysterio might also be slated for a fairly large match for the event; and a title bout at that.

According to Giancarlo Aulino at Barnburner’s No Holds Barred, the WWE is planning on placing Rey-Rey in a United States Championship match. While Mysterio may be already planted in the bout, the real question is who would he face? Aulino chimed in that the WWE is currently working on names for Rey’s U.S. Championship Wrestlemania 35 match, with Shinsuke Nakamura being one of them, which would mean he’d hold onto that title until WM 35; however, other superstars listed include Samoa Joe, as well as Andre “Cien” Almas.

It’ll be interesting to see how this all rolls out, as we currently sit on the cusp of Road to Wrestlemania season.
