– If you did not know, which is easy to understand due to the lack of TV time, Sin Cara is currently dealing with an injury. During an interview with the YouTube channel PelucheEn ElEstuche, Sin Cara revealed that he will be back inside a WWE ring around January.
Back in the August, Sin Cara underwent surgery on his right knee. The operation was performed by Dr. Jeffrey Dugas, who has worked on countless WWE superstars before, in Alabama. Dugas injected cells to help strengthen Sin Cara’s knee, which has been bothering him for years. Even before singing with WWE, Sin Cara had trouble with his knees but the pain became too much to bare. The WWE superstar is currently undergoing physical therapy and plans to be back in the ring in a few weeks.
As for what brand Sin Cara returns to, we will have to see. He was working a short program with Andrade “Cien” Almas before needing time off for his knee. He would probably find a better spot on 205 Live as those superstars would mesh well with his Lucha Libre style. Of course, WWE could also have him work with the new Lucha House Party stable. Probably any brand that gives Sin Cara some time on TV time and maybe a slight push would be better than how he is treated on the blue brand.
– Wedding bells were recently ringing as NXT’s Aleister Black married SmackDown’s Zelina Vega. The two have kept their relationship quiet, with speculation of them dating only being mentioned months ago after a photo surfaced. No word on when or where the couple tied the knot.
At one point, Austin Aries and Vega were a couple. That was only about a year ago, so her hooking up with Black has happened relatively recently.
