Hulk Hogan About To Sign WWE Deal

– It seems that Hulk Hogan is inching his way back to WWE on a more regular basis. The topic of Hogan’s status with WWE was recently addressed by Dave Meltzer on the Wrestling Observer Radio, who stated the Hall of Famer is about to sign a contract but it will have nothing to do with wrestling inside the ring.

By now, we all know the backstory of Hogan and his falling out with WWE in the summer of 2015. A leaked sex taped was published online, which also clearly heard Hogan make several racist comments. WWE quickly cut ties and deleted Hogan from their history.

In recent months, Hogan has apologized to the locker room in person, been representing WWE at some charity events, been reinstated into video packages and The Velveteen Dream even dressed and mimicked Hogan at the recent Takeover WarGames event. Plus, Hogan made a quick appearance during Crown Jewel; even though WWE did not promote his speech.

Even though Hogan will no be wrestling for WWE, do not be shocked if he angles for a match at WrestleMania 35. For the past decade, Hogan has unsuccessfully been trying to get a match with John Cena.

– Ring of Honor (ROH) has secured another top Indy star to their roster by signing Brody King. The California native has only been wrestling for a few years, but has competed around the world such as Mexico, England, Australia and several well-known companies inside the United States.

The news comes only a day after learning that PCO will also become a full time member of the ROH roster. With there being a strong possibility that ROH will lose the likes of Cody Rhodes, The Young Bucks and Hangman Page in early 2019, the promotion looks to be locking down wrestlers to longer contacts. WWE has already grabbed several former champions and big names from ROH and with talk of another pro wrestling company forming by The Elite, expect many promotions to try and sign their talent to longer deals.
