Huge Rumor On 2018 WWE Hall Of Fame Class, XFL Details Leaked

– WWE is changing the format to WrestleMania weekend. NXT Takeover: New York will now take place on Friday and the WWE Hall of Fame will be Saturday. Both events will come from the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York.

A rumor for the change could have to do with the top name for this year’s Hall of Fame class. While nothing is confirmed, the Wrestling Observer Newsletter suggested The Rock could be getting inducted and with such a hectic Hollywood schedule, he was not able to appear during the original date; hence the late change.

We should learn shortly who is getting inducted as WWE likes to announce the top draw before tickets go on sale to the general public.

– We are starting to get some details about the return of XFL, which is set to begin in early 2020. The following eight cities will be part of the relaunch: Dallas, Texas; Houston, Texas; Los Angeles, California; New York; St. Louis, Missouri; Seattle, Washington; Tampa Bay, Florida; and Washington, DC

The plan is for the season to consist of each team playing 10 games, with half of them being split between home and away games. DomainNameWire.com reported how several other domain names were registered, which has led to speculation that the number of teams could increase after the first season.

Here’s a list of some of the top names the XFL has already hired. Former NFL Head Coach for the Detroit Lions and Indianapolis Colts Jim Caldwell, former NFL Head Coach for the Carolina Panthers, Chicago Bears and Denver Broncos John Fox, former NFL, CFL & USFL quarterback Doug Flutie, former WNBA President Donna Orender, President of Kosner Media and ESPN veteran John Kosner and Member of the NFL Head, Neck & Spine Committee Kevin Guskiewicz. Still no word on the actual players.

An official announcement from the XFL is set for 12 PM EST on December 5. The press conference comes from New Jersey’s MetLife Stadium, which of course will host WrestleMania 35 in April.
