Nia Jax Responds To Rumored Heat, NXT TV Spoilers

– On RAW, Becky Lynch led a SmackDown invasion to close the show. As the female superstars brawled around the ring, Nia Jax delivered a shot that gave Becky a broken nose, black and blue eye and drew a decent amount of blood. As a result, Lynch was pulled from her Survivor Series match with Ronda Rousey.

The injury has created heat for Nia, with some saying she is reckless inside the ring. With WWE investing a decent amount of time in Becky vs. Rousey, you can imagine their unhappiness having plans ruined less than a week away.

While Nia did not directly mention the heat, she did have some choice words on Twitter.

There has been talk of moving Becky vs. Rousey to WrestleMania 35; possibly as the main event. While Becky is unable to compete Sunday, Nia will be part of the women’s Survivor Series elimination match. It will be interesting how WWE books Nia moving forward on RAW as she is their top heel and earned a future title shot at Evolution.

– Before this weekends big Takeover WarGames, there were several matches from the NXT roster. While some of these matches will air this Wednesday, it is likely that some were just done for the live crowd.

Danny Burch & Oney Lorcan defeated The Mighty. After the match, The Mighty took out Burch and Lorcan.

EC3 defeated Marcel Barthel. EC3 tells Bobby Fish he is coming after him.

Mia Yim defeated Vanessa Borne.

Lars Sullivan defeated Keith Lee. After the match, Kona Reeves mocks Lee and claims he will be champion in 2019. Lee fights back against Reeves.

The War Raiders defeated Kyle O’Reilly & Roderick Strong via DQ. The end saw Fish use a chair. The Undisputed Era went to work on The War Raiders before Ricochet made the save.

The Velveteen Dream defeated Johnny Gargano.

Jessamyn Duke & Marina Shafir defeated Dakota Kai & Kairi Sane. After the match, Duke, Shafir and NXT Women’s Champion Shayna Baszler attacked Sane. The faces were able to mount offense and send the heels retreating.

NXT Champion Tommaso Ciampa defeated Aleister Black. Johnny Gargano and The Velveteen Dream got involved. The show ended with Dream standing over Ciampa and holding the title.
